My grandfather and father (and many other relatives) went to Chaminade Julienne Catholic High School which is located at 505 S. Ludlow St in Dayton, Ohio. The school was established in 1927- a boys school called Chaminade Catholic High School and the girls school Julienne Catholic High School. In 1973, the two schools merged to create one, making it co-ed. I started searching through yearbooks, looking for relatives (other than my dad and grandfather) and discovered many of my ancestors attended these schools and that sparked the idea of researching all the seniors from each yearbook as sort of a fun ancestry-related project.
