One Person at a Time...Catherine

~Even though I have a lot of people in my family tree, I also have a lot of "holes" that need more research. Over the next few months, I am going to attempt to patch up those holes by doing research one person at a time- starting at the beginning of the list~

Today's Name: Catherine

Before Research:
I didn't know Catherine's maiden name or birth/death date(s). I knew she married Fred Boltz and they had 3 sons: 
Al
Fred Jr.
Edward George (1867-1943)


After Research:
Catherine Meyer was born on 12 Nov 1842 and died on 19 Feb 1920 in Cleveland, Ohio.
Her parents were Philip Meyer (1820-1888) & Katharina Messersmith (1829- ?)- I am not sure if she ever had any siblings.
Catherine married John Adam Boltz (1841-1923) on 27 Apr 1862 in Ohio and they had 3 sons:
Frederick W. (1862-1950)
Edward George (1867-1943) 
Charles Albert "Al" (1878- ?)
