One Person at a Time...Deborah

~Even though I have a lot of people in my family tree, I also have a lot of "holes" that need more research. Over the next few months, I am going to attempt to patch up those holes by doing research one person at a time- starting at the beginning of the list~

Today's name: Deborah

I have 2 Deborah's that I had to do research on, so I'm gonna post them both today!

#1: Deborah
Before Research:
Deborah married John Kester. They had at least 1 son: William (1767-1800), who married Mary Elizabeth Mendenhall (1767-1800)- my 1st cousin, 8x removed.

After Research:
Deborah Webster was born on 12 Sep 1743 in Hunterdon County, New Jersey and she died in 1769 in Niagra, Upper Canada. I haven't been able to find anything about her parents or siblings (Yet).
Deborah married John Kester (1739-1806) on 10 Oct 1765 in Kingwood, Hunterdon, New Jersey and they had 1 son: William (1767-1800).

#2: Deborah
Before Research:
Deborah married Samuel Cyms and they had one daughter- Laura Ann Cyms (1848-1937)- she married Joseph Mildenhall Jr. (1843-1928)- my 5th cousin, 7x removed.

After Research:
"Deborah" wasn't a Deborah, but a Hannah...Hannah King was born in Jan 1816 in England and died on 22 Jun 1861 in Grahamstown, Eastern Cape, South Africa. Her parents were Henry King (b. 1786) and Hannah Passer (b. 1780).
Hannah married George Cyrus (1811-1862) on 24 Nov 1834 in Grahamstown, South Africa. They had at least 1 daughter- Laura Ann (1848-1937).
