Cause of death: Injuries sustained when hit by a car (Charles was crossing a highway when he was struck by a car and killed. I have an 8 year old and can't imagine this happening to him! Breaks my heart!)

Charles was the son of Clinton Mendenhall (1908-1964) & Lena Mae Lea (1913-1987) & a younger brother Robert Eugene Mendenhall (1940-1965)
