Today's Portrait:

Anna F. Jackering ('nee Houdick)
b. 27 May 1870 in Germany
d. 26 Feb 1933 in Grant County, Wisconsin

married Gerhard Bernhard "George" Jackering (1845-1922)





I don't know much about this woman except that she survived the big move to America from Germany and she had 3 children-- but she looks super strict. She looks like the type who would always want everything in it's place and all rules would have to be obeyed.
